Alberghiera Venezia - ונציה

זוהי דירה מרווחת במחיר של מלון עם מרחב יפה בחוץ. הכל נראה נקי וחדש, מאובזר היטב. מיקום מצויין: פחות מ-10 דקות הליכה מהגטו היהודי וגם (בכיוון ההפוך) מתחנת הרכבת . יש תחנת ופרטו בקירוב וגן ציבורי יפהפה.

קשה היה למצוא- נסתר בין הסימתאות (אם באים מכיוון גשר GUGILE בצד של הרכבת ולא הצד של הגטו היהודי), יוררדים עד גשר ומסעדה TRE MARCI ואז פונים שמאלה ושמאלה וימינה בסימתאות. דוברים רק איטלקית.

spacious rooms, well equiped kitchen, helpful staff, close to the railway station. Nice central location, great for day trips.

Not having internet access from our apartment, had to access from the office.

It was great. Very new and nice furniture. Good location.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from the St Lucia train station. Brand- new installations, clean and cozy.

No breakfast, room services, etc. If you are looking for hotel services, you will not be pleased.

Location is very good~! Facilities is poor~ and the shower room is poor, the door can't be closed And there's only two window on the roof, It's really hot~ if without air-condition but if you live here, youc can get some fresh sea food from market and cook it yourself~ it's good~

The Alberghiera is easy to get to from both the station (no bridges) and the Tre Archi boat stop. It's in a quiet residential area and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We loved our bright modern appartment on the top floor (glossy white with touches of blue). The design of the appartments varies, as you can see on their web site, and I'm not sure how easy it would be to choose a particular one. Donata at the reception desk was very helpful.

We weren't offered clean bedding and towels or cleaning even though we stayed for nine days (we didn't actually need them so I don't know if we would have got them if we'd asked) and there isn't a discount for staying a week or more. It's a pity there isn't a wi-fi connection.

Excellent! We arrived late at night and found a note at the door with my name on it and a phone number to call. In a matter of minutes we were in our room. Great location on a calm area, but just minutes away from boat stop and train station. Local commerce also at hand; The room was spacious, super clean and equiped beyond my expectations (washer, iron, etc.). Confortable bed, great shower and windows/shades that would really let you sleep!! In the morning we would wake up with the little noises of the neighbours starting the day and students going to school, we felt like locals, but without having to work;))! Went for breakfast at a nearby cafe, watching the boats going by the canal! This b&b will definitely be part of the great memories we have of this gorgeous, striking city!

Alberghiera Venezia is tucked away in a quiet area - but is only a few minutes to the Scalzi Bridge and the main bus and vaporetto stops so very accessible to the whole of Venice and beyond. The apartments are very well equipped, comfortable and spacious, staff very helpful and welcoming. Really good place to stay in Venice.

The rooms are in a nice quiet area with vaporetto stops just a short walk away. Good restaurants nearby (you can google them). Good size of rooms, which is probably not always the case for Venice. Good overall.

Very, very noisy bed. You better don't move when you sleep or you'll wake everyone. There was no dishwasher and although it's not a big deal, you wouldn't want to wash dishes on vacation.

The apartment location is easy walking distance from the train station - very convenient with luggage. While the outside is ordinary, the apartment is very modern, comfortable and with good facilities.

Shower compartments can be small in Italy and the position of the opening would make getting in and out very challenging for anyone who is above average weight. Leaving the windows open in the evening when you're near a canal is not a good idea - we ended up with mosquitos in the room during the night.

Location is perfect. It is very close (5 mins walk) to Santa Lucia train station but in a quiet neighborhood. Look on the hotel web-site for easy directions. I think there is a huge advantage of staying close to the train station so you don't have to drag your bags over a bridge and look for your hotel in the city of tiny but very hard to find streets, especially at night. Even if the water bus or water taxi would drop you off, it is still confusing. The city is rather small, so it is a nice and easy walk to San Marco piazza and other places. Note: if you arrive late, after the office is closed, they may charge you 20Euros to arrange a late check in. We stayed in a room right above the reception - it was totally remodeled, very nice and sparkling clean, spacious (for Italy). The staff is really nice to, you can leave your luggage at the reception at no charge till they close (I think at 7:30pm).

Nothing, the place is great, would stay there again.

Location is very good -- walking distatnce from train and bus stations, very quiet, still not far from center of Venice. Very close to a little vegetable market which is convenient. We had water view from the bedroom and a stunning terrace at the roof with 360 view over Venice -- it was amazing to drink prosecco there under stars. Appartment was new and nicely furnished. We loved it indeed.

No Internet connection even in the lobby. That's bad. Very early check- out -- only 10.30. Limited time for check in -- just till 19.00. so if your plane arrives later you might be in trouble.

Great apartment for your euro. Had everything you need for cooking and eating. Bathroom was huge with washer. Bedroom was comfortable. Nice place to unwind after spending nights in a hotel. Less than 10 minutes to train station. Would recommend to family and friends.

Directions from the train station are incomplete. If you ask at information at the train station you will get lost. If you only speak English calling for directions is impossible. Its not difficult once you get there...its the getting there.

It was in a very good location, so if you arrive by train into Venice, the hotel is really close by. It has self catering facilities so good for families with young children.
